Kihon- This DVD includes Elisa’s personal warm up routine as well as the basic training that she does constantly, with tips on proper form.
Kata for Beginners-In this DVD Elisa will teach you how she starts to put it all together with the 5 Kihon Katas and the 5 Pinan Katas.
Intermediate and Advanced Kata-In this DVD Elisa will teach you intermediate forms like Matsukaze, and Ananko. Plus you will learn advanced forms like Bassai and Seipei.
Kumite for Beginners- In this DVD Elisa will show you the basics of kumite for beginners. Including the most basic footwork, combinations and pad drills.
